Rebuilding With Us
More than 60 LP Nashville employees, family members and friends teamed up to refurbish four houses during this year's build with the Nashville chapter of Rebuilding Together in September of 2009.
The all-volunteer non-profit organization helps low-income homeowners, especially the elderly, disabled and families with children, who have nowhere else to turn for help with needed home repairs.
2009 was the second year for LP Nashville to team up with the organization. Tasks ranged from new kitchen cabinets in one house to new bathroom fixtures and insulation in others. A $15,000 grant from the LP Foundation paid for repairs to the four houses.
